Private and Semi-Private Parties

• We are now offering private parties so that members can enjoy an evening at the pool with only their party guests in attendance on select Thursdays. There are two options for this opportunity: Private or Semi-Private parties. Details are below.

  Private

• Members will have the pool to themselves and their guests from 7:30 – 10:45pm

• Cost: $500 to include up to 40 guests (Guest fees apply after 40 guests with a 60 guest limit)

• Party will be set up by the light pole closets to the diving board with two canopies, two picnic tables, one folding table and two grills

  Semi-Private

• Members will share the pool with one other scheduled party from 7:30 – 10:45pm

• Cost: $300 to include up to 25 guests (Guest fees apply after 25 guests with a 40 guest limit)

• Party will be set up by the light pole closest to the diving board or at the swim team shed with two canopies, two picnic tables, one folding table and two grills

  Additional information:

• Must be scheduled through the manager at the office and paid for at the time of reservation (in person or email: manager@fauquierswimclub.com)

• A member over the age of 18 must be present at the party the entire time

• Guest list with all attendees must be provided before the start of the party (swimming or not)

• Member may begin set up no earlier than 7:15pm, The pool will be closed to all other members at 7pm and lifeguards will do a quick clean up of the grounds and bathrooms before guests arrive

• At 10:45pm, the pool will close and members need to start their clean up. Everyone should be walking out by 11pm. After 11pm, if party is not cleaned up or patrons remain on the grounds late stay charges will apply: $30 for first 10 minutes and $5 for every minute after

• Guest fees apply after 25 guests (semi-private) and 40 guests (private) even if attendees are members

• If the pool closes due to weather, you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to reschedule to another open date
